At Pro Image Sports, we want you to represent your team with confidence. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange unworn, tagged merchandise within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all manufacturer tags and stickers are still attached to the sports apparel or headwear.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, secure it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange within 5-7 business days.
